Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy only stands if you have received a damaged or wrong product from our side. You can only claim for it within 2 days of receiving the parcel . If that passed since you received your order, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, opening video of the parcel is must so that we know that the damage is done by our side.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Although, we make sure each and every parcel is packed with extra care and safety.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.

Shipping returns

If there is any return because of the wrong address or contact details, the second time shipment cost will be bare by the customer only.
